All parents are invited to participate in a Focus Group Session next Wednesday, May 14, 11:00am - 12:00pm, in the THS Library. The purpose is providing feedback to the PED about our Student Information Systems (SIS). In our district we use PowerSchool which is one of 7 systems in use throughout the state. Recent legislation was passed requiring all districts to use the same SIS. The PED will provide a moderator for the session. 🎶Nyoka Marimba Band performed Friday, May 2 at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX. After the performance, the students were treated to a performance by the Texas Tech Samba Ensemble. They even got to learn the Brazilian instruments from the percussion professor. They took to the instruments with ease! 🎶
